Your order will be shipped within three to four business days using USPS. Some orders may take one week to process because of a meticulous and laborious process of hand sorting the coffee beans by shape and size to ensure the consistency and quality of our coffee that will be shipped freshly roasted to your door. We take pride in our work and do not want to compromise our standards. Please be patient! .
You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment once you noted the product was damaged during shipment. We may require the item to be sent back to us before we send out a new replacement.
